An Integral Approach to Transformational Learning

It is uncommon for a graduate curriculum to explicitly include integrally-designed developmental methodologies with the intention of fostering development during the program. Our innovative transformational learning curriculum does just that. We introduce our Master of Arts program in Conflict Analysis and Engagement at Antioch University, McGregor and two research projects with students. We describe and discuss the 1) transformational curriculum and learning strategies, 2) analysis of our students’ integral analyses of conflicts experienced in the program, and evidence of the curriculum informing them, 3) our longitudinal data (in progress) assessing one cohort of students, and 4) invite participants’ discussion and questions.
