This article describes Integral Life Practice Inquiry (ILP-I), an Integral methodology combining the Developmental Action Inquiry of Bill Torbert with Integral Life Practice developed by Ken Wilber. The ILP-I framework includes Vision, Design, Practice, and Assessment as phases of enactment along with four-quadrant feedback (first-, second-, third-person perspectives) at each phase to inform what is referred to as single-, double-, and triple-loop learning. ILP-I was explored in the context of a ten-week Integral Life Practice graduate-level course that focused on applying Integral Theory to personal development and well being.
