Current Issue: Volume 9, Number 1

By: Lyn Lord

This issue explores a wide range of topics and initiatives. Peer-reviewed articles focus on developmental assessments for leadership programs; the utility of integral frameworks in supporting graduate students; how to conduct "activist" research; and how consciousness is distributed across populations. Authors also expand research in the fields of sustainability, addiction/recovery, and cognitive psychology.

The remainder of the issue features essays that explore the guiding principles of the integral vision. Highlights include a two-part article that outlines the notion of “Integral Service” and the final article in the issue, which reports on the findings of an international integral conference. The remaining essays, which raise critical points about the integral community, serve as valuable reminders of why Integral Theory needs to have a strong academic discourse as part of its expression.
